How to Submit a Complaint
You may lodge a complaint through any of the following channels:

Upon submission, you will receive a unique complaint reference number for tracking.
Our Complaint Resolution Process
Acknowledgement: Within 2 working days
Review & Investigation: By customer support and compliance team
Resolution: Within 7–10 working days
Response: Outcome shared via email or in-app notification
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate your complaint to Alif Finance’s Compliance Team. You may also approach the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) in accordance with applicable regulations.

All complaints are handled confidentially and without discrimination.
