At Alif Finance Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to resolving customer complaints in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.

How to Submit a Complaint

You may lodge a complaint through any of the following channels:

  • Written: [Registered Office of Alif Finance Pvt. Ltd.]

Upon submission, you will receive a unique complaint reference number for tracking.

Our Complaint Resolution Process

  1. Acknowledgement: Within 2 working days

  2. Review & Investigation: By customer support and compliance team

  3. Resolution: Within 7–10 working days

  4. Response: Outcome shared via email or in-app notification

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate your complaint to Alif Finance’s Compliance Team. You may also approach the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) in accordance with applicable regulations.

Confidentiality

All complaints are handled confidentially and without discrimination.
